2nd International Conference on Clean Energy Storage and Power Engineering (CESPE2023) has been successfully held on December 15, 2023. The aim objective of CESPE2023 is to disseminate recent advances associated with the theory and application in power engineering, clean energy systems and storage, which is of key importance for addressing climate and energy supply challenges.

At the beginning of the conference, professor Om Parkash Malik, from University of Calgary, Canada, General Chair of the conference, delivered the opening speech, welcoming the scholars from home and abroad to share their research, and thanking all the experts and scholars who provided support and help to the conference, including all members of the Steering Committee, Technical Committee, reviewers and the keynote speakers and so on.

During the keynote speeches, Professor S.A. SHERIF from University of Florida, USA, delivered a speech on The Hydrogen Economy: Progress Made and Challenges Remaining.

Professor Hossam A. Gabbar from Ontario Tech University, Canada, delivered a keynote speech on Resilient Energy Systems for Interconnected Infrastructures.

Associated Professor Bernard L H Saw from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia, delivered a keynote speech on Developing Sustainable Energy Storage System and the challenges.

Professor Akhtar Kalam, from Victoria University, Australia, delivered the keynote speech on Data-Centric Evolving Smart Power Grid.

Professor Yacine Amara from University of Le Havre Normandy, France, delivered the keynote speech on Hybrid Excited Synchronous Machines.

Professor Kei Eguchi from Fukuoka Institute of Technology, Japan, delivered the keynote speech on Non-thermal Underwater Shockwave Food Processing Using High Voltage Multipliers.

Professor Mohan Lal Kolhe from University of Agder, Norway, delivered the keynote speech on Integrated Renewable Energy System based on Hydrogen.

After the excellent keynote speeches, there was the oral sessions. During these sessions, some scholars presented their latest research results and exchanged views with the participating scholars on cutting-edge hot issues in the field of clean energy storage and power engineering, showed their research results, and shared their learning and research experiences.

International Conference on Clean Energy Storage and Power Engineering (CESPE) will continue to provide a high-level exchange and cooperation platform for experts, scholars and enterprise researchers engaged in related research, and further promote the development of clean energy storage and power engineering!
